UTAR MODEL Search 2010

I'm going to register for UTAR MODEL due to the qualification.
It's a good opportunity to me..because the requirement height for male is at least 170cm.. (short enough) for me to participate.
But 1 thing I don't know is that why the registration fees is RM15 (considered high?)
Lol...
Everyone who interested can actually get a try to participate..
can get different experience on model field ?
Hope I won't get the last 1 from all participants. Haha..
